By using orderwithqt.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you represent a dealership, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.

What this site is

This website introduces QT, a software platform that gives hardscape dealers a direct digital ordering connection with their contractors. The site itself does not provide the platform, take orders, or process payments. Everything here is informational.

The QT platform

Access to QT is provided under a separate agreement between QT and the dealership using it. That agreement — not these terms — controls subscription, fees, support, uptime, data ownership, and termination. Pricing shown on this website is an introductory offer, can change at any time, and is not a quote or a contract until a written agreement is signed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no interference or attempted unauthorized access, no automated scraping of content, and no use of our name, logo, or materials to imply a relationship that does not exist.

Ownership

The QT name, logo, wordmark, and the content on this site belong to Quote That Today. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission. Dealers who use QT keep ownership of the products, pricing, inventory, and order data they put into the platform.

No warranty

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of content or uninterrupted availability. Screens and figures shown are illustrative of how QT works.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quote That Today is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms and the content of this site at any time. The version posted here is the one that applies to your next visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
